I have just found your website and am truly touched by your poems. My husband, aged 66, too has Multiple Myeloma and has been having his treatment in his home country - France. He was diagnosed in March 2009 after four months of extreme back pain and has been on an 18 month trial of Revlimid/Dexamethasone. It has worked extremely well and the improvement in his health and activity has been enormous. He is now coming to the end of his 18 month protocol but will continue on the same treatment for as long as it continues to benefit him. He is able to garden again (albeit gently) and take pleasure in cooking (which was his profession) and is enjoying his life again. We pray that the treatment will continue to work as well and I pray that your husband too will have the same benefits and be able to share many more happy years with you. God bless.
Well I don't like tennis apart from the strawberries which I can't have at the moment. I'm also not a fan of football but I find myself sitting watching it with B instead of going doing something else so that I can make the most of the time at home with him while I'm convalescing. Little pleasures. Fingers crossed for the Revlimid!

Yes, indeed - every single one counts and is immeasurable! A very fine "review" of life in the present and great expectations for the future. Wishing you well as always and praying good news soon. With love - Lora XOXO
