		<description>@ Alaine, Ah yes Eggplant I know this name too, further back here in my little recipes is a lovely Egyptian dip made with Eggplant and Tahina,( baba) it is simply delicious. I do know Eggplant  are quite hard to grow - better in a greenhouse here, getting a bit more heat! Here&#039;s wishing you a gentle Winter and  we would so like a hot Summer here, to make up for the terrible and the worst Winter for 30 years last year. Take care Alaine x</description>
